Results:

1. I have won numerous DMV hearings resulting in my clients being able to keep their driving privileges (including one where my client was under 21 years of age and had an alleged blood alcohol reading of 0.22 (a reading that was 22 times higher than the legal limit for my underage client)).

2. I convinced a judge to require no time in custody on felony drug charges my client was facing, in spite of the fact that the DA was requesting that my client serve up to one year in jail. Click here to see what my client's mother had to say.

3. I recently convinced a DA to reduce first degree burglary felony "strike" charge against my client to second degree burglary and no time in jail. My client will be eligible to have the case reduced to a misdemeanor conviction and expunged instead of carrying a felony "strike" on his record for the rest of his life.

4. I have represented hundreds of foreign nationals in US Immigration Court proceedings. I have knowledge of US Immigration Law as it relates to criminal convictions. If you are not a United States citizen, talk to us about your case before accepting any "great" deal from the DA. It may mean the difference between your being removed (aka deported) and being able to remain lawfully in the United States.
