Business owner not required to pay spousal support

I represented husband who owned his own business in a spousal support case. Opposing counsel had an accountant tesify as to what he believed client earned, which was more than double what client actually earned. I was able to disqualify the accountant as an expert and discredit his estimation as to what my client earned. As a result the court estimated what they believed my clients income was, which was less than half what the accountant indicated. As a result my client did not have to pay any spousal support to the wife. My client was very pleased to say the least and grateful that as a result of the trial he did not have to pay spousal support.
