Payment Options

The California family law offices of Wallin & Klarich make it easy for you to retain our services. In some cases, if you do not have the present ability to pay a retainer we may be able to take on your case and request that your spouse pay your legal fees. Please ask us if your case may qualify for this type of financial arrangement.

Payment Plans Available in Many Cases

Payment plans may be available for your legal matter  upon approved credit.*  In some family law matters our law firm may be able to accept a reasonable down payment and then monthly payments from you. In other cases we may be able to accept a small down payment from you and then ask the court for an order that your spouse pay or reimburse you for your legal fees. Feel free to discuss all of these payment options with us when you call.
