If my husband stops paying child support do I still have to let him see our children?

Yes, you do have to allow him to continue to see your children per the court order. Paying child support is completely a separate legal issue from child custody. IF your husband fails to pay child support you can return to court to ask he be held in contempt or take other legal action to seek assistance on obtaining child support. However, failure to pay child support does not give you the legal right to refuse to have your children see their father. If you do that then the police may come to your house and take the children from you and give them to their father. This would also make you look very bad in the eyes of the family law court judge who may be deciding other issues on your case.
