My former wife and I have 50-50 physical custody of our two boys. My ex is saying she does not want our kids to spend time with my fiancé because “she is their mother”. Can I continue to let my kids spend as much time as I want them to spend with my fiancé?

The answer is definitely YES. Unless your former wife can come forth with strong evidence that your fiancé is a “bad influence” on your children then you have every legal right to have them spend as much time with your fiancé as you choose. The “burden” will be on your former wife if she attempts to return to court. If she does, she has to show that it is not in the “best interest” of your children to see your fiancé.
