Brown has been charged with felony assault and making criminal threats in March and now it appears that Rhianna will testify against him in court during a preliminary hearing on June 22.
“The judge advised me that there will be a subpoena for Rihanna as a witness at the preliminary hearing. She will definitely comply,” Rihanna’s lawyer, Donald Etra, told E! News on May 28.
